Dana Jaffe is a cofounder and partner of Stepping Stones for Seniors, LLC. Dana graduated in 1997 with a Masters Degree in Social Work, from Wayne State University. Dana has been working with the geriatric population for 26 years.
Dana specializes in case management, placement, and long-term planning. Dana also has a strong background in behavioral health, counseling, and transition of care. After many years working in case management and leadership roles in home care, Stepping Stones for Seniors was started to help seniors and their families get the most out of their benefits, resources, and care through the aging process. Dana continues to be an advocate for seniors and helping individuals age in place.

Melissa Kutinsky is a cofounder and partner of Stepping Stones for Seniors, LLC. Melissa graduated in 1998, from Michigan State University with a specialty in Recreational Therapy. In 2001 Melissa obtained her Masters in Social Work, from Wayne State University. Melissa started out her career in the school system. In 2005, Melissa then transitioned to her current role working with her first love, the geriatric population. Melissa is committed to making a positive impact on individuals and communites by providing support, advocacy, and counseling services.
